Tournament Committee: Phil Trimble (Chairman) and Board of Directors
The Rules of Golf as issued by the USGA govern play, along with Local Rules as applicable in the Club’s “Hard Card”. See below for additional Conditions of Competition. Violations are addressed by the Tournament Committee in cooperation with the Rules Committee.

FORMAT: This is a three-day, 54-hole Flighted Individual Gross and Net Stroke Play Tournament using 100% of Home Course Handicap. The Tournament Committee uses Golf Genius to determine Flights and daily pairings. Home Course Handicap is as of the date of tournament set up. The Tournament Committee makes every effort to create flights with the least amount of Handicap differential possible.
Tees to be utilized will be set by the committee based on the number of participants and flights. Sunday’s pairings will be based on Friday’s and Saturday’s combined lowest Gross scores, with the lowest scores going last in each flight.

SCORING:

The combined Low Gross score in the Championship Flight determines the Club Champion; all remaining places in that flight pay Net. The combined Low Net score from each remaining flight determines Flight Club Champion; all remaining places in each flight pay Net (this is a change from prior years; no Gross prizes except in the Championship Flight). A Sudden Death playoff decides all ties for first place. Playoff holes are determined by the Tournament Committee based on course availability. Players are responsible for knowing the likelihood of a playoff possibility. Failure to be present for the playoff results in relinquishing first place for second place or lower in the event of a tie with 3 or more players. All other ties are co-winners and the place money is evenly split.

All scores are posted by the Committee for USGA Handicap purposes, with applicable Adjusted Gross Score applied.

OTHER INFORMATION: All entry fees will be paid using PayPal, via a link from our web site – the only method of payment available. When you sign up for the tournament online, a voluntary $15.00 is collected from each player wishing to enter a Flighted Net Skins game. In addition, a voluntary $15.00 is collected from each player wishing to enter a Gross Over the Field Skins game*. In the event of “No Skins Out” on Saturday the skins money carries over to Sunday. In the event of “No Skins Out” on Sunday the competition reverts to a Best Skin Format on Sunday’s results only.
