Entry Fee: $12

Entry Opens: April 13

Entry Closes: May 5

Tournament Committee:  Phil Trimble (Chairman), Kenny Brown, Scott Cavallero

The Rules of Golf as issued by the USGA govern play, along with Local Rules as applicable in the Club’s “Hard Card”.  See below for additional Conditions of Competition. Violations are addressed by the Tournament Committee in cooperation with the Rules Committee.

This is a one-day, 18-hole, Flighted Individual Net Stroke Play Tournament using 100% Home Course Handicap. At the end of their round Golf Genius will will subtract three holes from their final score, making a final score of 15 holes.  Holes will be selected based on score to par. A double bogey 5 on a par three will be thrown out before a bogey 6 on a par five. A double bogey six on a par 4 will be thrown out before a double bogey 5 on a par three (NOTE: the 18-hole score will be turned in to GHIN for handicap purposes.)  The Tournament Committee uses Golf Genius to determine Flights.  Home Course Handicap is as of the date of tournament set up. The Tournament Committee makes every effort to create Flights with the least amount of Handicap differential possible.

The Black, Blue, and White tees will be utilized depending on the number of flights and participants.

Each player on each hole must hole out and turn in a signed scorecard.  The 15-hole score will be used to determine the final results.

A Sudden Death playoff decides all ties for First Place in each flight. Playoff holes are determined by the Tournament Committee based on course availability. Players are responsible for knowing the likelihood of a playoff possibility. Failure to be present for the playoff will result in relinquishing first place for second place. If a playoff is required, 100% Home Course Handicaps apply in regular stroke play. All other ties are co-winners and the place money is evenly split.

All scores are posted by the Committee for USGA Handicap purposes, with applicable Equitable Stroke Control (ESC) applied.

Prior to the first tee, at Registration Table, a voluntary $5.00 is collected from each  individual wishing to enter a flighted Net Skins Game. In addition, a voluntary $5.00 is collected from each individual wishing to enter a Gross Over the Entire Field Skins Game.  In the event of “No Skins Out”, the competition reverts to the Best Skins Format.
